Canoeing
Like iGreens.org.uk, we will have lots of canoeing. Mainly river touring itineraries on the rivers of Europe, but also the occasional trip elsewhere. We’re timid about white water, grade 2 is plenty for us, and we like to carry our tent in the canoe. We’re happy paddling canals so long there’s a reasonable amount of interest. We tend to avoid lakes, unless they’re very small – too windy. We’ll list mileages, access, camp-sites, portages and points of interest along the way.
